Is this light really rated for outdoor use?

No. The product is UL listed and intended for indoor use. The 70 ft detection figure and weather-resistant wording that appear alongside it don't match the indoor rating, so don't mount it outside.

How far does the motion sensor reach?

The detection range is up to 25 feet. That is enough for a hallway, stairwell or garage bay, but not for a large yard.

Can I change the color temperature?

Yes. You can select 2200K, 3000K, 4000K or 5000K, from warm white to daylight. Pick the setting before mounting, since the switch is on the fixture.

Does it block the second wall outlet?

No. The prongs are offset so the plug sits to one side and the other outlet stays free.

How long does it stay on after motion stops?

It shuts off 90 seconds after it stops sensing motion. In dusk-to-dawn mode it stays on instead.
