Questions and answers
- How thick is the Giantex floor futon?
- The listing does not state a thickness. The fill is soft polyester, and the King size carries 18.5 lbs of fill, so expect a thin, soft pad rather than a dense mattress.
- Can the cover be washed?
- Yes. The polyester cover is removable and machine washable. Wash it cold and air-dry to keep the quilting from bunching.
- Is it good for adults or just kids?
- Giantex positions it for children, travel and home use. Adults can sleep on it for a night or two, but most will want a thicker pad for regular use.
- What sizes does it come in?
- Twin at 80 in long and King at 78 in wide. Check the width of the Twin and the length of the King before ordering, since the two dimensions are listed separately.
- How do you store it?
- Roll it up and secure it with the attached bandages, then put it in the included carry bag. Store it flat or upright in a dry spot.
- When is the price lowest?
- Floor futons like this tend to dip during back-to-school and holiday sales. Check the price history chart for the current low against the past year.
