Questions and answers

Is the Globe Electric Lex floor lamp worth it?
At $15.00 it is a low-cost way to add a downward task light. It is a basic single-bulb lamp, so expect simple function rather than features.
Does it come with a bulb?
No. It uses one E26 medium-base A19 bulb up to 60W, and you buy the LED bulb yourself.
Can I use a smart bulb in it?
Yes. The standard E26 socket accepts smart A19 bulbs, so you can add app or voice control through the bulb.
How tall is it and how much space does it need?
It is 60 in tall, 21.5 in wide and 10 in deep. The wide stance helps stability but takes floor space.
Is it dimmable?
The lamp has only an on/off rocker switch. Dimming depends on using a dimmable bulb with a separate dimmer, which the lamp does not include.
When is the price lowest?
The only recorded price is $15.00 on October 28, 2026. There is no price history yet to show a cheaper season.
