Questions and answers

Is the GMKtec M8 good for gaming?
It handles esports titles and older games at 1080p on low to medium settings. Its Radeon integrated graphics will not run current AAA games well, so treat it as a light-gaming machine.
Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?
Storage yes: there are two M.2 2280 slots, one PCIe 4.0, and the included 512GB drive occupies one. RAM is LPDDR5 soldered to the board, so it cannot be upgraded.
What comes in the box?
The mini PC, a 100W (20V 5A) power adapter and the usual documentation. No monitor, keyboard or mouse is included.
Does it have enough ports for two monitors and wired networking?
It supports 4K output and has dual 2.5G RJ45 LAN ports, so two wired network links are possible. Check the port list for the exact HDMI and DisplayPort mix before buying two displays.
Is $389.99 a good price?
It is the lowest of the three stores listing it new as of November 5, 2026, so it is a fair entry price for a six-core mini PC with Windows 11 Pro. Watch for sales if you are not in a hurry.
How does it compare with a Ryzen 7 mini PC?
The 6650H is a solid six-core chip, but Ryzen 7 models with eight cores and stronger Radeon graphics cost more and game better. Choose the M8 if size and price matter more than raw performance.
Where is the GMKtec M8 AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 6650H Mini Gaming PC cheapest?
At GMKtec, for $389.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the GMKtec M8 AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 6650H Mini Gaming PC?
3 stores we checked sell it, including GMKtec, Newegg.com, eBay.
