Is the Goose Creek Mariner candle worth it?

If you want a strong lavender scent in a large room, yes. The three-wick soy blend gives a good throw and long burn time for the price of a large jar candle.

How does Mariner compare to other Goose Creek candles?

Mariner is a fresh lavender, lighter and cleaner than Goose Creek's bakery and sweet scents. Choose it if you want a calm, herbal fragrance rather than a gourmand one.

How long does the candle burn?

A three-wick jar of this size typically burns for several dozen hours. Keep wicks trimmed to about a quarter inch to get the full burn time.

Yes, it uses a soy wax blend. Soy blends burn cleaner than paraffin but can still soot if the wicks are left long.

One three-wick jar candle with a lid. No wick trimmer or matches are included.

Goose Creek runs frequent sales and bundle deals, so the price often drops during seasonal promotions. Compare store prices before buying.

Our take on the Goose Creek Mariner 3-Wick Candle

The Goose Creek Mariner 3-Wick Candle is a large jar candle with three wicks and a lavender-forward scent, made with a soy wax blend. The three-wick design gives a wide, even melt pool and strong throw for open living spaces. Goose Creek candles are known for bold fragrance strength, and Mariner is a fresh, clean lavender rather than a sweet floral. It suits anyone who wants a long-burning, room-filling candle for a bedroom or bathroom.
