Is the Gorilla Carts GOR4PS worth it over a wheelbarrow?

For repeated hauling of mulch, soil or firewood, yes. Four wheels and a 600 lb rating carry more per trip, and the dump release means no shoveling out. A wheelbarrow is cheaper and better for tight spaces.

How does it compare with the GOR2PS or larger Gorilla carts?

The GOR4PS sits in the middle: a 4 cu ft poly bed and 600 lb capacity. Smaller Gorilla carts hold less and cost less; larger poly models add capacity and weight.

Do the tires need air?

Yes. The 10-inch tires are pneumatic, so check pressure before heavy use. Soft tires make pulling harder and can roll off the rim.

The cart ships unassembled with the poly bed, steel frame, four wheels, handle and hardware. Expect roughly an hour of assembly with basic tools.

Will it fit through a garden gate?

The cart is about 20 inches wide at the wheels, so it fits standard 3-foot gates. Measure narrow gates before buying.

Garden carts tend to drop in price in late fall and winter, outside spring landscaping season. Watch for markdowns then.
