The Gorilla Playsets Avalon Treehouse is a wooden backyard swing set with a two-story treehouse-style fort, a covered upper deck, a lower play area, swings and a slide. It is built from stained cedar with a factory-applied sealant, and Gorilla rates the play deck for kids around 3 to 11. The best new price is $1,104.99 at Tractor Supply Co as of November 7, 2026, and only two stores list it new, so comparison shopping is thin. That price sits at the low end of what this set has sold for recently, making it a reasonable time to buy if you want a wooden set without paying premium-brand prices.
