Is Gorilla Waterproofing Sealant Spray worth it?

For small, hard-to-reach leaks and seams, yes. It is a quick spray-on fix at $12.94 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, but a 12-square-foot can will not cover a whole roof.

How much area does one can cover?

About 12 square feet per 16 oz can. Buy several cans for anything larger than a few seams or a small patch.

Can I use it on wet surfaces?

Apply it to a clean, dry surface within the 10°C to 35°C application range. Once cured it resists temperatures from -40°C to 70°C.

How long does it last on the shelf?

Unopened, the can has a 24-month shelf life. Check the date before buying if you plan to store it.

Is the clear version actually invisible?

It dries clear and flexible, so it is less noticeable than black sealants, but thick buildup can still show a slight sheen.

Only two stores list it new, and the low is $12.94 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026. Watch for multi-can bundles to lower the per-can cost.
