Our take on the Gouun 4-Piece Wicker Patio Seating Set with Loveseat, Armchairs, and Glass Table

The Gouun 4-Piece Wicker Patio Seating Set is a conversation set with a loveseat, two armchairs and a tempered glass coffee table, built on hand-woven mix-gray PE rattan over reinforced X-shaped metal frames. The load ratings are unusually high for this class: 400 lbs per armchair and 800 lbs on the loveseat. Cushion covers zip off for washing, the glass top is held by suction cups, and threaded foot pads level the set on uneven patios. It is a mid-market set aimed at small patios and decks, and it is sold at Macy's; no current price or price history was provided, so check the live price against other wicker sets before buying.

Pros
  • High load ratings: 400 lbs per armchair, 800 lbs on the loveseat
  • PE rattan resists fading and handles sun and rain better than natural wicker
  • Zippered cushion covers come off for cleaning
  • Suction cups keep the tempered glass top from sliding
  • Threaded foot pads level the set on uneven pavers and decks
  • Four pieces cover seating and a table in one purchase
Cons
  • Elastic-filled cushions are basic; expect to replace them before the frames wear out
  • PE rattan and a metal frame are lighter than real wicker or teak
  • No mention of a cover or storage bag in the box
  • Glass tops need care in high wind and around kids
  • Mix-gray weave limits color matching with other outdoor furniture

Questions and answers

Is the Gouun 4-piece wicker set worth it?
It is a reasonable pick if you want four seats plus a table at a mid-market price and need high weight capacity. The weak point is the cushions, which are elastic-filled and likely to be the first part to wear out.
How much weight does it hold?
Each armchair is rated for 400 lbs and the loveseat for 800 lbs, which is higher than most PE rattan sets in this price range. The X-shaped metal frame carries that load.
Can the cushion covers be washed?
Yes. The covers zip off and can be removed for seasonal cleaning. Check the care label before machine washing; spot cleaning is the safer default for the filling.
Does the glass tabletop stay in place?
The tempered glass top is secured with suction cups, so it resists sliding. In strong wind, still consider removing the glass or weighting the table.
Will it sit level on an uneven patio?
The threaded foot pads adjust to level the set on uneven patios, decks and pavers. Adjust them after the pieces are in their final position.
What is in the box?
The loveseat, two armchairs and the tempered glass coffee table. Cushions are included; a cover and storage bag are not listed.
