Is the GSI Infinity Backpacker Mug worth it?

At $11.99 it is a cheap, light mug for backpacking. If you need coffee to stay hot for hours, a vacuum-insulated mug is the better buy.

How long does it keep drinks hot?

The foam sleeve slows heat loss but does not seal in heat like a vacuum wall. Expect a hot drink to stay warm for a short while, not hours.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. GSI does not recommend dishwashing; hand wash the mug and sleeve.

Can I use it on a camp stove?

No. It is not compatible with a camp stove and should not be placed over a flame.

What comes in the box?

One mug with its spill-resistant lid and the insulated foam sleeve.
