Is $160 a good price for the Guava Lotus?

It is a low price for the Lotus, which usually sells for more new. At $160 at eBay as of November 7, 2026, it is worth checking that the listing includes the mattress and carry bag.

How long does it take to set up?

Guava rates setup at about 15 seconds. Owners say it takes a few tries to learn the Z-fold, then it is quick.

Can a newborn sleep in it?

Yes, the flat mattress works for infants, but it sits on the floor and no bassinet insert is included. Some parents prefer a raised bassinet for the first months.

Does it fit in a car trunk or as airline luggage?

Folded, it is a long narrow bundle that fits in most trunks and can be checked as luggage. The carry bag has backpack straps.

Our take on the Guava Lotus Travel Crib

The Guava Lotus is a lightweight travel crib built around a 3D Z-fold aluminum frame that sets up in about 15 seconds and packs into a backpack-style carry bag. It weighs 15 lbs, has a waterproof insulated mattress that sits on the floor, and a lockable side door so you can lie down next to a baby or let a toddler crawl in and out. The best new price is $160 at eBay as of November 7, 2026, with 5 stores listing it new. That is well below what the Lotus usually sells for, so this is a strong price if the listing is the full crib.
