Our take on the Gweit Electric Bike for Adults Folding 750W Peak

The Gweit Folding Electric Bike is a budget adult e-bike with a 750W peak motor, full suspension and a steel frame that folds for storage or car trunks. It rolls on small 14-inch wheels with 2-inch tires and has a single speed, so it is built for short city trips rather than distance or hills. The best new price is $219.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, and it has held that price since tracking began on October 31, 2026, so there is no cheaper window to wait for. Its 2.7 out of 5 rating from 55 ratings is a warning sign at this price point.

Questions and answers

Is the Gweit folding e-bike worth $219.99?
At $219.99 at Walmart it is one of the cheapest folding e-bikes you can buy, and the price has not moved since October 31, 2026. Treat it as a short-trip machine: the 2.7 out of 5 rating means you should expect to check bolts and brakes often.
How fast does the 750W peak motor go?
The 750W figure is peak output, not continuous, and the single-speed drivetrain and 14-inch wheels cap practical speed well below full-size e-bikes. Expect comfortable cruising in the teens of mph, not class 3 speeds.
How far can it go on a charge?
Gweit does not publish a reliable range figure, and small-wheel e-bikes at this price typically deliver well under 20 miles with throttle use. Plan on short errands and charge after each trip.
Will it fit in a car trunk?
Yes, the frame folds and the 14-inch wheels keep the folded package compact enough for most hatchbacks and SUVs. It is still heavy steel, so lifting it in and out takes some effort.
Is it good for hills or long commutes?
No. The single speed and small wheels make steep climbs and rides over a few miles hard work, even with motor assist. It suits flat, short trips better.
What comes in the box?
Expect the bike, charger and basic assembly tools; pedals and the handlebar usually need fitting. Confirm with the Walmart listing whether a manual and warranty card are included.
Where is the Gweit Electric Bike for Adults Folding 750W Peak cheapest?
At Walmart, for $219.99, as of our latest check.
Is the Gweit Electric Bike for Adults Folding 750W Peak at its lowest price?

What do buyers say about the Gweit Electric Bike for Adults Folding 750W Peak?
Rated 2.7 out of 5 from 55 ratings.
