Our take on the Hamilton Beach 65-0101 PRO-2100 Countertop Vacuum Sealer

The Hamilton Beach 65-0101 PRO-2100 is a countertop vacuum sealer with a white-coated steel body and a transparent lid, so you can watch the seal form. It uses a 120 V, 60 Hz cord that detaches and stores in a compartment in the unit. The best new price is $79.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with two stores listing it new. That is a mid-range price for a basic home sealer, so compare it against entry-level models before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the Hamilton Beach PRO-2100 worth it?
At $79.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is a reasonable pick if you want a simple sealer with a steel body. If you need moist-food modes, a bag cutter or roll storage, spend more on a feature-rich model.
Does it work with any vacuum sealer bag?
It is built for standard textured vacuum sealer bags and rolls, which most brands sell. Smooth-sided storage bags and plain zip bags will not seal properly.
Can it seal moist foods like marinated meat?
It has a single seal cycle, so wet foods can pull moisture into the seal area. Pat foods dry or pre-freeze them briefly before sealing.
How big is it, and where can I store it?
It is a compact countertop unit, but the steel body makes it heavier than plastic sealers. The detachable cord winds into a compartment, which helps for cabinet storage.
When is the best time to buy it?
Vacuum sealers usually drop during holiday sales and harvest-season promotions. The current $79.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026 is a fair baseline to compare against.
Where is the Hamilton Beach 65-0101 PRO-2100 Countertop Vacuum Sealer cheapest?
At Cresco Resco, for $574.00, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Hamilton Beach 65-0101 PRO-2100 Countertop Vacuum Sealer?
