Is the HARISON 6-in-1 bench worth it?

For a home lifter doing dumbbell and moderate barbell work, yes. It covers flat, incline, decline and leg work for far less than separate benches. Skip it if you regularly squat or press near 300 lbs.

What does 6-in-1 mean on this bench?

It refers to the number of configurations, typically flat, incline, decline, seated shoulder press, leg extension and preacher curl. Check the listing photos to confirm which attachments are included.

How much weight does it hold?

The stated maximum is 660 lbs, which includes the lifter and the weights. That is generous for the price, but the frame will still flex less on a heavier-duty bench.

How hard is assembly?

Screws are included and assembly is required. Expect roughly an hour with two people; leave bolts loose until all parts are aligned, then tighten.

Does it fold for storage?

Most versions fold the backrest down to free floor space, but the leg and preacher attachments usually have to come off. Measure your storage spot before buying.

Our take on the HARISON 6-in-1 Weight Bench Set

The HARISON 6-in-1 Weight Bench Set is an adjustable home gym bench rated to 660 lbs. The 6-in-1 label covers multiple configurations, typically flat, incline, decline and seated positions plus leg-extension or preacher setups, so one bench covers presses, rows and leg work. Screws are included but assembly is required. It is a budget-tier bench aimed at home lifters rather than commercial gyms.
