Questions and answers

Is the HARISON treadmill good for running?
It handles walking and light jogging well, but the 3.0HP motor and manual incline suit steady cardio more than fast interval running. Serious runners should look at a higher-horsepower machine.
How much assembly does it need?
It arrives about 95% pre-assembled. Most buyers only need to attach a few parts and tighten bolts, which takes well under an hour.
Does it have automatic incline?
No. The incline is a three-level manual setting, so you adjust it by hand before or between workouts rather than from the console.
How much space does it need when folded?
The folding design lets the deck stand upright to save floor space, which helps in apartments and bedrooms. Check the folded dimensions against your storage spot before buying.
What is included in the box?
You get the treadmill, the assembly hardware and tools, and access to the HARISON app. A phone or tablet is needed for app features.
When is the best time to buy it?
Home fitness gear often drops during holiday sales and New Year promotions. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.
