Is the Hiland 26-inch BMX bike good for adults?

Yes, it is sized for riders about 5'1" and taller and rated to 220 lb. It suits casual riding more than aggressive BMX use.

Can I do BMX tricks on it?

Not really. The 26-inch wheels and steel frame make it a cruiser-style bike, not a freestyle BMX for jumps and tricks.

Does it come assembled?

No. Assembly is required, so plan on tools and some time to set up the brakes and handlebars.

How many gears does it have?

One. It is a 1x1 single-speed drivetrain, so there is no shifting and no low gear for steep hills.

What is the maximum rider weight?

220 lb, per the manufacturer's spec.

Our take on the Hiland BMX Bike 26-inch

The Hiland 26-inch BMX bike is a single-speed, steel-framed cruiser built around 26-inch wheels and BMX-style handlebars. It has no suspension and linear-pull brakes, and it carries riders up to 220 lb from about 5'1" and up. It ships unassembled. The 26-inch size makes it a larger, more stable ride than a 20-inch BMX, closer to a cruiser than a trick bike.
