Is $9.99 a good price for these lights?

It is the lowest new price among the 3 stores that list it, at $9.99 at Woot as of November 4, 2026. Solar wall lights with a motion sensor and three modes usually cost more per unit, so this is a strong entry price.

How long does the battery last on a charge?

The 3.7V battery charges from the solar panel during the day. In dim-all-night mode it runs through the night; in motion-only mode it lasts longer between charges. Expect shorter runtime in cloudy weather or shade.

Do they need wiring or an electrician?

No. They are cordless and mount to a wall with the included screws and anchors. You only need a spot that gets direct sun for the panel.

How much area does one light cover?

About 30m² per light, with a 270° beam. The motion sensor triggers within roughly 3–5 meters, so place it near the path or door you want lit.

What comes in the box?

The listing is for a 2-pack of lights with the mounting kit: expansion anchors and screws. Mounting tape or thin wire can also be used.

Can I control them from my phone?

App control is listed as a feature, but the listing does not explain how it works. The three lighting modes are the main controls; check the manual for app setup.
