Questions and answers

Is this set worth it compared with sturdier bins?
It is a budget set. If you need weather sealing, latching lids or wheels, spend more on a heavy-duty brand. For dry indoor storage of light-to-medium items, it does the job.
How much does each tub hold?
Each tub is 64 quarts, about 16 gallons. That fits a few blankets, a season of clothes or a pile of toys.
Can I stack them when full?
Yes, the lids are designed for stacking. Keep the load even and don't overfill, since the plastic is not reinforced.
Are the lids airtight or waterproof?
No. They are plain snap-on lids that keep out dust, not moisture or pests. Don't use them for damp garages or outdoor storage.
What comes in the box?
Four tubs with four lids. No dividers, wheels or labels are included.
When is the best time to buy?
Storage tubs usually drop in price during back-to-school and post-holiday clearance. Check the price history before buying.
