Questions and answers

Is it worth the price?
At $127.99 at Macy's as of October 30, 2026, it is priced like a mid-size furnished wooden house. You get the house and 33 pieces in one box, which saves buying furniture separately.
How does it compare with a plastic dollhouse?
Engineered wood is heavier and steadier than most plastic houses, so it resists tipping during play. Plastic sets are usually cheaper and lighter to move.
What is in the box?
One wooden dollhouse with the balcony pool, plus 33 furniture pieces and accessories. Dolls and figures are not included.
How much space does it need?
It is a large multi-level house with a wrap-around balcony, so plan on a wide floor or table area. Measure your space before ordering.
Is it safe for toddlers?
The 33 small accessories are a choking hazard for children under 3. The set suits older preschoolers and up, with supervision for the smallest pieces.
When is it cheapest?
The low since October 30, 2026 was $127.99 on October 30, against a high of $142.21 on November 2. Watch for drops back toward that low, especially around holiday sales.
