Is the Honor MagicPad 4 worth $949?

At $949 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is priced like a premium tablet. The 165Hz screen, eight speakers and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 justify it for media and productivity, but check that the seller includes a warranty.

Does it come with a keyboard or stylus?

No. The tablet ships alone; the keyboard case and stylus are sold separately, so budget for them if you plan to type or draw.

How long does the battery last?

The 10,100mAh battery typically covers a full day of mixed use, and 66W charging refills it quickly. Heavy gaming shortens that considerably.

Is the 165Hz screen useful outside gaming?

Yes. Scrolling, animations and stylus input all look smoother at 165Hz, and the panel drops to lower rates to save power when the screen is static.

How does it compare with an iPad or Galaxy Tab?

It matches flagship Android tablets on screen and speakers and undercuts many on thickness. The trade-off is fewer tablet-optimized apps than iPadOS and a shorter track record on software updates.

The best new price tracked is $949 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with two stores listing it new. Prices on new Android tablets usually dip around major sales events.
