Our take on the HOROW Elongated Toilet Seat with Bidet and Heated Model B0403

The HOROW B0403 is an elongated bidet toilet seat with a heated seat, warm-water washing, a self-cleaning nozzle, an LED night light and a carbon-filter air deodorizer. It comes with an all-in-one remote, so most functions are controlled without reaching for the seat. It fits elongated bowls and is made of white plastic. At $120 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, making it one of the cheaper ways to add bidet and heat to an existing toilet.

Questions and answers

Is the HOROW B0403 worth it?
At $120 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get a heated seat, warm-water bidet and remote. If you want a dryer or premium materials, expect to pay more for another model.
Will it fit my toilet?
It is designed for elongated bowls, about 20.4 inches deep and 18.25 inches wide. Measure your bowl before buying; round bowls need a different seat.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. The heated seat, warm water, night light and remote all need power, so you need an outlet near the toilet, ideally GFCI-protected.
What is in the box?
The seat, the all-in-one remote control and the mounting hardware. Check the listing for hose and adapter details before ordering.
Does it have a dryer or deodorizer?
The listed features include a carbon-filter air deodorizer but no warm-air dryer. Water temperature and wash functions are controlled from the remote.
When is it cheapest?
The $120 eBay price as of November 5, 2026 is already near the bottom of its recent range. Watch for seasonal sales, but don't expect large further drops.
