Is the KAMVAS 16 (2021) worth it for a beginner?

Yes, if you want a screen tablet without spending much. You get 8192 pressure levels, a 15.6-inch Full HD display and shortcut keys for $279 at the Huion Official Store as of November 5, 2026.

Does it work with a single USB-C cable?

On computers with USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode and enough power output, one cable handles video, data and power. Otherwise you use the included 3-in-1 cable with power adapter.

Can I use it with a Mac or an Android phone?

It supports macOS 10.12 or later, Windows 7 or later and Android. Android use needs a device that supports display output over USB-C.

Does the screen support touch?

No. The KAMVAS 16 has no multi-touch, so navigation is done with the pen and the 10 press keys.

Is the screen bright enough to draw in a sunny room?

Peak brightness is 220 cd/m2, which is dim. It works best in controlled indoor lighting, and the anti-glare finish helps with reflections.

What comes in the box?

You get the pen display, a battery-free pen, pen holder with spare nibs, the 3-in-1 cable, a power adapter and a quick start guide.
