Is the 64 GB iPad enough?

For streaming, browsing and notes, yes. If you install large games, shoot lots of video or keep offline movies, 64 GB fills quickly and there is no SD card slot.

Does it work with the Apple Pencil?

It works with the Apple Pencil (USB-C) and the first-generation Apple Pencil via a USB-C adapter. The second-generation Pencil does not pair with it.

The best new price listed is $30 at Ship4Less as of November 5, 2026, against four stores selling it new. That is far below the usual price for this model, so confirm the listing is the full tablet and not an accessory or a mispriced item.

The box has the iPad, a USB-C charge cable and documentation. A power adapter is not included in most regions.

How does it compare with the iPad Air?

The Air has a faster M-series chip, a laminated anti-reflective screen and support for the second-generation Pencil. The 10.9-inch iPad is cheaper and fine for everyday use.

Base iPads usually drop during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Track the price history here rather than buying on a random day.

Our take on the Ipad I5109

The iPad 10.9-inch is Apple's entry-level tablet with a 2360 x 1640 Liquid Retina display, A14 Bionic chip, 12 MP front and rear cameras, and USB-C. It is the first base iPad with a flat-edge design and a landscape front camera for video calls. The 64 GB version is the cheapest way into a modern iPad, but the storage is tight for games, photos and offline video. The best new price is $30 at Ship4Less as of November 5, 2026, far below what this model normally sells for, so check that listing carefully before buying.
