Our take on the Jell-O No Bake Classic Cheesecake Dessert Kit, 11.1 oz, 2-Pack

A two-box kit that makes a classic cheesecake without an oven. Each box holds a graham cracker crust mix and a cheesecake filling mix; you add butter and milk, press the crust, whip the filling and chill. It is a pantry dessert for people who want cheesecake without baking or a water bath. The best new price is $21.73 for the 2-pack at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no cheaper new option to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is the Jell-O No Bake cheesecake worth it?
If you want cheesecake without turning on the oven, yes. It takes about 15 minutes plus chilling and delivers a decent dessert. Expect a softer, sweeter result than a baked cheesecake.
What do I need to add to the kit?
Butter for the crust and cold milk for the filling. The crust and filling mixes are in the box. Check the box for exact amounts before you shop.
How long does it take to set?
Plan on at least an hour of chilling, and longer is better for a firmer slice. Make it the morning of or the night before you serve it.
How many servings does one box make?
One 11.1 oz box makes one pie, typically about 8 servings. This listing is a 2-pack, so you get two pies.
Is it cheaper than buying a frozen cheesecake?
Usually the kit costs less per serving than a bakery or frozen cheesecake, but you supply butter and milk. At $21.73 for the 2-pack at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, compare against frozen prices in your store.
When is the best time to buy it?
Stock up around Thanksgiving and December holidays, when boxed dessert kits are discounted. Outside those windows, prices hold fairly steady.
Where is the Jell-O No Bake Classic Cheesecake Dessert Kit, 11.1 oz, 2-Pack cheapest?
At Walmart, for $21.73, as of our latest check.
