Questions and answers

Is this chair good for long workdays?

It suits light to moderate desk use. The mesh back and lumbar support help, but fixed arms and limited adjustment make it less comfortable for eight-hour stretches than a fully adjustable chair.

Does it have adjustable arms or a headrest?

No. The arms are fixed, and the mid-back design has no headrest.

What weight does it support?

The chair is rated for a maximum of 250 lb.

Is $54.99 a good price for it?

That is a low price for a mesh chair with lumbar support. Target listed it at $54.99 as of November 7, 2026, and only one store priced it new, so there is little to compare against.

What do I need to assemble it?

It ships unassembled. Expect to attach the base, gas lift, seat and back with the included hardware; a screwdriver and about 20 to 30 minutes are typical.

Can it replace a gaming chair?

For casual sitting, yes. It lacks the recline, headrest and deep padding most gaming chairs offer.

Where is the JIONJOY Mid-Back Mesh Ergonomic Office Chair with Lumbar Support cheapest?

At Target, for $54.99, as of our latest check.
