Our take on the BOSSIN Adjustable Flip-Up Arms Ergonomic Office Chair, PU Leather High-Back Computer Chair with Lumbar Support, Black

The BOSSIN is a high-back executive-style office chair in PU leather with flip-up adjustable arms, a swivel base and a 275 lb weight limit. The flip-up arms let you push it under a desk or sit closer for typing, and the high back adds lumbar support. It is rated 2 out of 5 from 60 ratings, so buyer satisfaction is poor. At $121.99 at Overstock as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Best forShoppers who need arms that fold up to tuck the chair under a deskShort-session desk work rather than all-day sittingBuyers on a tight budget who want a leather-look high back

Cons

  • PU leather can peel and feel stiff over time

Questions and answers

Is the BOSSIN chair worth buying?
Its 2 out of 5 rating from 60 buyers is a warning sign. The flip-up arms are useful, but expect to trade durability and comfort for the low price.
How much weight does it hold?
BOSSIN lists a 275 lb maximum. Several reviewers say it feels less sturdy than that figure suggests, so heavier users should be cautious.
Do the arms really flip up?
Yes. The arms adjust in height and flip up out of the way, which lets you push the chair under a desk.
Is it leather?
It is PU leather, a synthetic leather-look upholstery, not genuine leather. It can peel with wear.
What is the best price for it?
$121.99 at Overstock as of November 7, 2026, the only new price listed. With one seller there is little room to shop around.
Is it good for all-day office work?
Probably not. The thin padding and weak build are the most common complaints, so it suits shorter sessions better.
