The JolyDale 10 ft. W x 12 ft. D is a metal storage shed with a steel frame, metal panels and a metal base frame kit included, finished in black. At 120 square feet it is sized for lawn equipment, bikes, tools or a small workshop, and the included base frame saves you building a foundation from scratch. It is a budget-tier shed with a thin review record: 3.1 out of 5 from 12 ratings, so expect mixed owner feedback. No current price was provided, so check the price history before buying.
Lowest price we've seen: $286.85 on Nov 2 at Wayfair. Tracked across 1 store since Nov 2.
Feedback is limited to 12 ratings averaging 3.1 out of 5, which points to a mixed experience rather than a proven product. Owners of similar metal kit sheds most often flag assembly effort and panel rigidity.
