Does the Brooks Twin sleeper come with the mattress included?

Yes. The TEMPUR-Response memory foam twin mattress is part of the sleeper and folds out with the frame.

How much floor space does it need when open?

The sleeper extends to 87 inches deep when unfolded, so leave about 7 feet of clear space in front of the sofa.

Is the Sunbrella fabric good for pets?

Sunbrella Premier is a solution-dyed acrylic that resists stains and fading, and Joybird lists the material as pet-friendly. Hair vacuums off more easily than on velvet or linen.

Can two adults sleep on the twin sleeper?

A twin mattress is 38 inches wide, so it suits one adult or two small children comfortably.

What does GREENGUARD Gold mean here?

It certifies the sofa meets strict limits on volatile organic compound emissions, which matters for bedrooms and small rooms.

When is the best time to buy a Joybird sofa?

Joybird runs periodic sales around holidays and long weekends. Track the price history on this page and buy during a marked-down window rather than at list price.

Our take on the Joybird Brooks Twin Sleeper Sofa Foam

The Joybird Brooks Twin Sleeper Sofa is a contemporary two-seat sofa that folds out into a twin bed with a TEMPUR-Response memory foam mattress. It is upholstered in Sunbrella Premier Sea fabric, a solution-dyed acrylic that resists stains and fading, and carries GREENGUARD Gold certification for low emissions. The frame sits on 4-inch legs with trim piping along the arms and cushions. Joybird sells direct, so pricing moves with sales rather than store-to-store comparison.
