Is the Joybird Holt good for a small apartment?

Yes. The storage chaise is 44" wide and 70" deep, and the compact frame is sized for tight rooms. Measure your doorway and elevator before ordering, since modular pieces ship separately.

Does the whole sectional have storage, or just the chaise?

Only the single-arm storage chaise has the hidden compartment. The other modular pieces are standard seats.

Is Sunbrella Premier Wisteria pet-friendly?

Sunbrella fabrics are designed to resist stains and fading, and Joybird lists this one as pet-friendly. The plush texture can still catch claws, so a quick vacuum helps.

Can I add pieces to the Holt later?

Yes. It is a modular line, so you can add matching seats or a second chaise to grow the configuration. Check that the fabric dye lot matches your original order.

What is the seat height and depth?

The seat is 20" high and 28" deep, with a 33" back height. That suits most adults but is on the shallow side for tall loungers.

When is the best time to buy a Joybird sectional?

Joybird runs frequent sales around major holidays and long weekends. Compare the current price against its recent range before ordering, since list prices move often.
