- Is $699 a good price for this tree?
- It is the only new price listed, $699 at King of Christmas as of November 6, 2026, so there is no cheaper store to compare. Watch for seasonal sales, since tree prices usually drop after Thanksgiving.
- Does it come with lights?
- No. This is the unlit version, so you supply your own lights. Budget for several hundred lights to cover a 12ft tree evenly.
- How wide is it?
- It is 58 inches wide, a slim profile for a 12ft tree. Check your floor space and ceiling height before buying.
- Can one person set it up?
- It is possible but slow. The tree is tall and heavy, so a second person helps with lifting sections and positioning the top.
- Is it suitable for outdoor use?
- No. It is designed for indoor placement, so keep it out of rain and direct weather.
- How does it compare to a full-width 12ft tree?
- It takes less floor space and is easier to fit in narrow rooms, but it holds fewer ornaments and looks less dense from the side.
