Questions and answers

Is the Grandstage X worth it at $1,499.99?
At $1,499.99 at B&H Photo-Video Audio as of November 4, 2026, it is the lowest of the 5 new prices we track. That is a fair price for a weighted 88-key stage piano with splits, USB and a pedal included.
How does it compare with the original Grandstage?
The X keeps the curated stage-piano approach and the weighted 88-key action but updates the sound set and connectivity. If you already own the original and only play piano sounds, the upgrade is modest.
Does it have built-in speakers?
No. The Grandstage X is a stage piano, so you need an amp, PA or headphones. Plan for that cost if you are buying it for home use.
Can I record with it?
Yes. It supports recording and connects over USB and MIDI to a computer or interface. That covers both audio capture through your rig and MIDI into a DAW.
What comes in the box?
The piano ships with a sustain pedal. A stand and bench are not included, so budget for those separately.
When is it cheapest?
Stage pianos like this tend to dip during holiday sales and when a successor is announced. The current $1,499.99 is already at the bottom of its recent range, so waiting has limited upside.
Where is the Korg Grandstage X 88-Key Stage Piano cheapest?
At B&H Photo-Video Audio, for $1,499.99, 25% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Korg Grandstage X 88-Key Stage Piano?
Rated 4.2 out of 5 from 5 ratings.
Where can I buy the Korg Grandstage X 88-Key Stage Piano?
