Questions and answers
- When does Korg go on sale?
- Korg discounts cluster around Black Friday, holiday sales and spring retailer promotions, and older models drop when a successor ships. Deals are set by stores, not Korg, so timing varies by retailer. This page shows no live deals right now.
- Where is Korg cheapest?
- Large US retailers and online music stores usually price Korg keyboards within a few dollars of each other, and open-box or b-stock units cost less. Compare the total with tax and shipping before buying. No prices are listed on this page at the moment.
- What are Korg's best-known products?
- The Volca series, Minilogue and Monologue synths, and the Krome and Kross workstations are its most widely used instruments. For beginners, the EK-50 arranger and B2+ digital piano are the entry points listed here.
- What is the difference between the EK-50 and the B2+?
- The EK-50 is a 61-key arranger with auto-accompaniment styles, built-in speakers and hundreds of sounds, aimed at solo performers and learners. The B2+ is a digital piano with weighted hammer-action keys and a smaller sound set, aimed at piano practice.
- What is Korg's return policy?
- Korg does not sell direct to US shoppers, so returns go through the store you bought from and follow that store's window and condition rules. Keep the packaging and receipt, since most retailers require both for a refund.
