Our take on the Kuhitley 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker

The Kuhitley 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker is a basic programmable drip machine with a 1.8L reservoir, a 950W heating element and a 12-cup glass carafe. It adds a one-touch Strong Brew setting, a 30-second pause-and-serve and a warming plate that shuts off after 2 hours. At $17.88 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, so it is about as cheap as this model gets.

Questions and answers

Is the Kuhitley 12 cup coffee maker worth it?
At $17.88 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to get programmable auto-brew and a 12-cup pot. Expect basic build quality rather than a premium brewer.
How long does the warming plate keep coffee hot?
The warming plate holds heat for 2 hours, then the machine shuts off automatically. Coffee left longer will taste stale.
Can I set it to brew before I wake up?
Yes. Use the HOUR and MIN buttons to set the auto-brew time, then load grounds and water the night before.
What does Strong Brew do?
It lengthens the brewing time so water contacts the grounds longer, which gives a richer cup. It does not change the amount of coffee you use.
How many cups does it actually make?
The 1.8L reservoir and 12-cup carafe are rated in small cups of about 5 oz. A full pot is roughly 60 oz, or about seven 8-oz mugs.
When is it cheapest?
The current $17.88 at eBay as of November 4, 2026 is already near the bottom of its recent range. Watch for holiday sales if you can wait.
