Our take on the Lablt PZ19 19mm Carburetor for Chinese 50-125cc ATV Quad Pit Dirt Bike

The Lablt PZ19 is a 19mm slide carburetor sold as a replacement kit for Chinese-built 50cc to 125cc ATVs, pit bikes, dirt bikes and go-karts. It ships with a 35mm air filter, fuel filter, O-rings and gaskets, so it covers the usual wear parts in one box. The 19mm engine-side bore and 48mm bolt spacing match the common PZ19 pattern, but fitment is universal only in name: the mounting flange and cable setup must match your old carb. It is a low-cost part, and its price sits at the budget end of the small-engine carburetor market rather than fluctuating much.

Questions and answers

Will this fit my 110cc Chinese ATV?
It fits many 110cc engines that use the PZ19 pattern, with a 19mm engine-side bore and 48mm bolt hole spacing. Measure your old carb's bore, bolt spacing and air-filter mount (35mm here) before ordering. If the flange angle or cable bracket differs, it will not bolt up.
Is it worth it over rebuilding my old carburetor?
A rebuild kit costs less, but a new carb avoids a worn slide and throttle shaft. If your old carb is badly corroded or the slide is sloppy, this kit is the simpler fix. If it only has clogged jets, cleaning is cheaper.
What is in the box?
One PZ19 carburetor, one 35mm air filter, one fuel filter, O-rings and two gaskets. No throttle cable, intake boot or jets are included.
Do I need to re-jet it?
Often yes. The factory jetting is set for sea-level, stock exhaust conditions. If you run a free-flowing filter or ride at altitude, expect to change the main jet and adjust the needle and idle screw.
How do I set the idle and mixture?
Warm the engine, set the idle speed screw so it holds a steady idle, then turn the mixture screw in small increments for the highest smooth idle. Reset idle speed after each change. A tachometer helps.
When is it cheapest?
Small-engine carb kits like this are already budget-priced and move little. Watch for bundle discounts or free-shipping thresholds rather than waiting for a seasonal drop.
