Our take on the Lacoo Patio Square Fire Pit Table with Ice Storage and Mesh Lid

The Lacoo Square Fire Pit Table is a freestanding, tabletop-size wood or coal fire pit with a tiled-pattern steel top, a mesh spark lid, a poker and a rain cover. It measures 32 inches across and 14.25 inches tall and weighs about 29 lbs, so it moves easily between patio, deck and yard. It also has a grilling function for small cooks over the coals. At $79.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is the Lacoo fire pit table worth it?
At $79.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get a portable fire pit with a lid, poker and cover. It suits small spaces and occasional use, not large gatherings.
Can I use it on a wooden deck?
It is a wood-burning steel pit, so it gets hot underneath. Use a heat-resistant mat and keep clearance from railings and furniture; check your building or local rules on open flames.
Does it come with a cover and lid?
Yes. The box includes the mesh lid, a poker and a rain cover. Assembly is required.
Can I grill on it?
The listing includes a grilling function, so you can cook over coals with a grill grate. The 32-inch top limits you to small batches.
How big are the logs it takes?
The fire bowl is tabletop size, so use short, split logs. Long logs will sit above the rim and smoke more.
When is the price lowest?
Fire pits usually discount in late summer and after the holidays. Walmart is the only new price listed as of November 3, 2026, so watch that listing for drops.
Where is the Lacoo Patio Square Fire Pit Table with Ice Storage and Mesh Lid cheapest?
At Walmart, for $79.99, as of our latest check.
