Our take on the Lark Manor 91" Lawson 3-Seater Sofa with Deep Seats

The Lark Manor Lawson is a 91-inch, three-seat sofa with deep seats, a solid wood frame, and linen upholstery in a classic Lawson silhouette with track arms. It is an oversize piece: 91 inches wide, 35 inches deep, 32.7 inches tall, with a 19-inch seat height and a 750 lb weight capacity. The deep seat and foam cushions suit lounging more than upright sitting. Its latest best price sits in the middle of its recent range, so there is no strong reason to wait for a deeper markdown.

Questions and answers

Is the Lark Manor Lawson sofa worth it?
If you have the floor space and want deep, lounge-friendly seats on a solid wood frame, it is a reasonable buy at its mid-range price. If you need a compact sofa or stain-proof fabric, look elsewhere.
How deep are the seats?
The sofa is 35 inches deep overall with deep seat cushions and a 19-inch seat height. That suits tall sitters and reclining, but it takes up more floor space than a standard-depth sofa.
Is linen a good choice for a family sofa?
Linen is breathable and looks relaxed, but it wrinkles and absorbs spills. In a busy household, plan on a washable cover or a performance-fabric alternative.
How many people does it seat?
It is a three-seater at 91 inches wide, and the 750 lb weight capacity covers three average adults comfortably. The oversize width means it needs a large living room.
What is the seat height?
The seat height is 19 inches, which is standard and works for most adults. The legs are only 2.5 inches tall, so there is little room under the sofa for storage or robot vacuums.
When is the best time to buy it?
Its current best price is mid-range for this sofa, so waiting for a seasonal furniture sale could save money. Check the price history before buying at full price.
