Our take on the Lark Manor Brisia Piece Upholstered Sectional

The Lark Manor Brisia is a fabric upholstered sectional with rolled arms, nailhead trim and a pillow back, sold in a solid dark gray linen blend. Its removable cushions make it easier to clean and rotate, and the pillow back gives a softer, more relaxed sit than a tight-back frame. The only price on record is $830 at Wayfair as of October 31, 2026, so there is no discount history to judge against yet.

Questions and answers

Is the Brisia sectional worth $830?
At $830 at Wayfair as of October 31, 2026, it is a reasonable price for a fabric sectional with removable cushions and nailhead trim. That is the only price on record, so there is no lower point to compare against.
How does it compare with a tight-back sofa?
The pillow back sits softer and needs fluffing, while a tight-back sofa holds its shape with less upkeep. Choose the Brisia if comfort matters more than low maintenance.
Are the cushions really removable?
Yes, the seat and back cushions are removable, which makes vacuuming and rotating them easier. Check the covers' care label before washing, since linen blends often need spot cleaning.
What are the dimensions?
The listing does not give dimensions or seat depth. Measure your room and doorway before ordering, and confirm the size with the store.
What is included in the box?
The sectional ships as the frame and cushions, typically flat-packed for home assembly. Confirm whether the nailhead trim is pre-applied and what tools are needed.
When is it cheapest?
The only recorded price is $830 on October 31, 2026. Wayfair runs frequent sales, so watch for holiday and clearance events if you can wait.
