Our take on the Latitude Run 83.80" Manual Reclining Sofa with Cup-Holder Drop-Down Table

The Latitude Run 83.80" Manual Reclining Sofa is a three-seat recliner in gray upholstery with a center drop-down table that holds two cup holders. The two outer seats recline with manual levers, and the drop-down console folds away when you want a flat bench. At 83.8 inches wide it needs a wide wall — plan roughly 90 inches of clearance so the recliners can fully extend. It is a budget-tier import sofa, so expect lighter foam and fabric than a name-brand recliner at twice the price.

Pros
  • Two manual reclining seats with a center drop-down table and cup holders
  • Drop-down console folds up to turn the sofa into a flat three-seater
  • Gray fabric hides everyday wear better than light colors
  • Wide 83.8-inch footprint seats three adults comfortably
  • No power cord or outlet needed for the reclining mechanism
Cons
  • Manual lever recline is less smooth than power recliners
  • Needs about 90 inches of wall clearance for full recline
  • Foam and fabric are budget grade and may soften within a few years
  • Heavy and awkward to move; assembly and delivery are a two-person job
  • Cup holders are shallow and fit standard cans, not large tumblers

Questions and answers

Is this sofa worth it?
Yes if you want a wide reclining sofa with a drop-down table on a tight budget. Skip it if you expect plush, long-lasting cushions or smooth power recline.
How much wall clearance does it need?
Plan for about 90 inches from the wall so both recliners can fully extend. The sofa itself is 83.8 inches wide.
Does it need power?
No. The recline is manual, operated by levers on the sides of the seats, so no outlet is required.
What is in the box?
The sofa ships unassembled in sections, with the backrests, arms, hardware and instructions. You attach the backs and arms on delivery.
How many people does it seat?
Three. The two outer seats recline; the center section is the drop-down table and cup holders.
When is it cheapest?
Wayfair discounts Latitude Run furniture most during major sale events and clearance cycles. Watch the price history and buy when it drops below its recent average.
