Our take on the Latitude Run Pinch Pleated 100% Blackout Linen Blend Curtains

These are pinch-pleated blackout curtain panels from Latitude Run, made from a linen-polyester blend and sold in 40-inch widths with lengths from 84 to 102 inches. The pinch pleats give a tailored, hotel-style header, and the blackout lining blocks most outside light. They are machine washable and come in seven colors, from natural linen and oatmeal to navy and orange. No current price was provided, so compare the latest quote against the recent range before buying.

Pros

Pinch pleats hang neatly and look more finished than grommet tops
Linen-polyester blend resists wrinkles better than pure linen
Machine washable for easy upkeep
Seven colorways and four lengths cover most window sizes

Cons

Questions and answers

Do these curtains really block all light?: The listing rates them as blackout, and the lining blocks most daylight. Expect a small glow at the sides and top unless the rod overlaps the window frame.
How many panels do I need for a standard window?: Each panel is 40 inches wide. For a typical 60- to 72-inch window, two panels give a fuller, gathered look; a single panel suits narrow windows.
What length should I pick?: Choose 84 inches for standard 8-foot ceilings, 96 inches for floor-length drapes, and 102 inches for high ceilings. Measure from the rod to the floor before ordering.
Can I machine wash them?: Yes, they are machine washable. Use a gentle cycle and low heat, and rehang while slightly damp to help the pleats fall back into shape.
Do they come with rings or a rod?: Pinch-pleated panels typically need curtain rings and a rod, which are usually sold separately. Check the listing contents before ordering.
When is the best time to buy?: Curtain prices often dip during seasonal home sales and holiday weekends. Compare the current price with the recent range before buying.
