Questions and answers

Is the Lazrus 8-piece set good for a beginner?
Yes. It covers driver, irons and a wedge in one purchase, which is enough to learn with. You will still need to add a putter.
Does the set include a putter?
The listed set is driver, 6-iron through pitching wedge, and a 52° wedge, plus a bag. No putter is listed, so plan to buy one.
Can I get it in left-handed?
Yes. Lazrus lists the set in both right-handed and left-handed versions, so check the handedness before ordering.
What is the difference between the 6-PW irons and the 52° wedge?
The 6-iron through pitching wedge cover full swings from roughly 150 yards in. The 52° wedge is for shorter approach shots and chipping around the green.
When is the best time to buy this set?
Prices on starter sets tend to dip in the off-season and around spring sales. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
