Our take on the LED Outdoor Portable Cordless Table Lamp with Handle Stepless Dimmer

This is a small cordless LED table lamp with a built-in handle and a stepless dimmer, meant to be carried from a patio table to a tent or a hallway shelf. It runs on an internal rechargeable battery, so there is no cord to trip over and no outlet needed. The white finish keeps it neutral on outdoor furniture. No current price or price history is available for this listing, so there is nothing to compare against its recent range.

Pros
  • No cord, so it works where outlets are not
  • Stepless dimming gives fine control from bright to low
  • Handle makes it easy to carry between rooms or outside
  • White finish blends with most patio and indoor decor
  • Rechargeable battery avoids disposable cells
Cons
  • Battery runtime shrinks as brightness goes up
  • Small size limits how much area it lights
  • Needs recharging, so it can die mid-evening if not topped up
  • No stated water-resistance rating, so rain is a risk
  • Single unit only, so pairs cost double

Questions and answers

How long does the battery last on a charge?
It depends heavily on brightness. Expect several hours at low dimmer settings and noticeably less at full output. Recharge fully before an evening outdoors.
Is it safe to leave outside in the rain?
Treat it as splash-tolerant at best unless the maker states an IP rating. Bring it in or under cover during rain and overnight.
How bright is it?
It is a table lamp, not a floodlight. It suits a small table, a tent or a reading nook, not lighting a whole deck.
Does the dimmer step in levels or fade smoothly?
It is stepless, so you hold or turn to fade gradually rather than picking fixed brightness steps.
What comes in the box?
Typically the lamp and a USB charging cable. A wall adapter is often not included, so check before buying.
When is it cheapest?
Outdoor lighting tends to discount in late summer and around Black Friday. Set a price alert rather than buying on impulse.
