This is a 429-piece LEGO DC set for ages 8 and up that builds the Tumbler Batmobile from the Dark Knight films, plus a tilting Bat-Signal and three minifigures: Batman, Two-Face and The Joker. The Tumbler opens to show a cockpit and instrument panel, and a removable flame element sticks out of the tailpipe. It is a mid-size, play-first set rather than a large display model, so it sits in the affordable end of LEGO Batman sets. At 4.6 out of 5 from 409 ratings, it is well received.
Lowest price we've seen: $59.99 on Nov 1 at Amazon. Tracked across 1 store since Nov 1.
Owners rate it 4.6 out of 5 across 409 ratings. The minifigure lineup and the play features draw the most praise, while some wish the Tumbler were bigger and the Bat-Signal actually lit up.
