Is the Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus worth it?

If you want a big Android screen for video, reading and split-screen apps, yes. If you need a light one-hand tablet or many tablet-native apps, a smaller iPad or Galaxy Tab may suit you better.

How does it compare with the iPad Air?

The Yoga Tab Plus gives you a larger 13-inch screen, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for Android. The iPad Air has a smaller screen but far more tablet-optimized apps.

Does it have cellular data?

The listed model is Wi-Fi only, with no cellular option shown. Plan on Wi-Fi or tethering from your phone.

How much storage does it have?

It comes with 256 GB of internal storage and 12 GB of RAM. That is enough for offline video, games and documents without a microSD card for most people.

Is the 13-inch screen too big to hold?

At 21.3 oz it is light for a 13-inch tablet, but it is still a two-hand or lap device. For long reading sessions a 10-11 inch tablet is easier to hold.

Big-screen Android tablets usually drop during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.

Our take on the Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus Tablet

The Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus is a 13-inch Android tablet with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, built for media, multitasking and light productivity. Its large screen and generous memory set it apart from smaller midrange tablets, and the 21.3 oz body is light for its size. The latest best price sits near the low end of its recent range, so it is a reasonable time to buy if you want a big-screen Android tablet.
