Is the LG DS60T worth it at $238.79?

At $238.79 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair price for a 3.1 soundbar with a subwoofer. It beats TV speakers clearly, but it lacks Atmos and Wi-Fi features found on pricier bars.

Does the DS60T support Dolby Atmos?

No. It decodes Dolby Digital and DTS Digital only, so Atmos tracks play in a standard surround mix.

Can I connect it to my TV with one cable?

Yes, over HDMI ARC, which also carries volume control through CEC. If your TV lacks ARC, use the optical input, but then you control volume with the soundbar remote.

Does it come with a subwoofer?

Yes. The 3.1 configuration includes a wireless subwoofer, which pairs automatically and needs only a power outlet.

Can I stream music to it from my phone?

Yes, over Bluetooth 5.3. There is no Wi-Fi, AirPlay or Chromecast, so streaming is Bluetooth only.

When is the DS60T cheapest?

Soundbars usually drop during Black Friday and end-of-year sales. With only two stores listing it new, compare both before buying.
