Is the Lift Ladders 22-ft ladder worth $229.99?

For occasional two-story work, yes. A 300 lb rating and four positions at $229.99 undercut most comparable 22-ft multi-position ladders, which often cost $250 or more.

How tall does it actually reach?

It extends to about 23 ft, so a person standing near the top reaches roughly 26 to 27 ft. Usable working height is lower than that because you should not stand on the top rungs.

Can one person set it up?

Yes, but it takes care. The aluminum frame is lighter than fiberglass, yet a 22-ft ladder is still long and awkward to raise; walk it up against a wall rather than lifting it overhead.

What positions does it convert to?

It works as a stepladder, an extension ladder, a stairway ladder for uneven steps, and a scaffold base when paired with planks. Each hinge locks in place.

Is it safe for gutters and roof edges?

It reaches one-story roofs and most two-story gutters. Keep the base on firm, level ground, use the 4:1 angle for extension use, and do not lean past the rails.

When is the price lowest?

Ladder prices tend to dip in spring and around Black Friday. At $229.99 as of November 5, 2026, it is already near the bottom of its usual range.
