Does it work without the Wi-Fi hub?

Yes. Bluetooth, the keypad and the fingerprint reader work on their own. The hub adds remote control and access monitoring over the internet.

How many fingerprints and codes can it store?

Lockly lists storage for multiple fingerprints and user codes, enough for a family plus guests. You manage and delete them in the app.

Will it fit my existing deadbolt holes?

It uses universal mounting and replaces a standard deadbolt, so existing door prep usually works. You need a Phillips screwdriver and a door at least 1⅜ in thick.
