- Is $21.88 a good price for the 3-pack?
- It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, at $21.88 at Amazon, so there is no recent range to judge it against. At roughly $7.30 per candle with a remote, it sits in line with other remote-controlled wax LED sets.
- What batteries does it need, and are they included?
- Each candle takes 2 AA batteries, so a full set needs 6. They are usually not included, so budget for a pack of AAs.
- How does the timer work?
- The remote sets a 2, 4, 6 or 8 hour on-cycle, and the candles repeat it daily at the same time until you switch them off or change the setting.
- How realistic is the flame?
- The 3D flame moves and flickers inside a real wax shell, which looks convincing from a few feet away. Up close the plastic base and the repeating motion give it away.
- Can I use them outdoors?
- They are designed for indoor use. Damp air and rain can get into the battery compartment, so keep them on a covered porch at most.
- How long do the batteries really last?
- The 500+ hour rating is a maximum. Expect less if you run them nightly on the 8-hour timer, and use good alkaline cells to get close to it.
