Is the Loheer 12x14 metal shed worth it?

It is a reasonable budget option if you need dry storage and will do the assembly yourself. Compare the delivered price with resin and wood sheds of the same footprint, since metal sheds are usually the cheapest per square foot.

How long does assembly take?

Expect most of a day for two people. Metal panel sheds go together with screws and brackets, and the roof and door framing take the longest.

Does it include a floor?

Most metal shed kits do not include a floor. Set it on a level concrete pad or pressure-treated base, and anchor the frame to it.

What are the real dimensions?

The 12x14 name suggests a 12-by-14-foot footprint, but the listed length and width figures do not match that. Confirm the exact footprint and wall height with the seller before ordering.

Can it handle snow and wind?

Light steel sheds handle normal rain and moderate wind when anchored, but check the seller's snow load and wind rating. Clear heavy snow off the roof.

Our take on the Loheer 12x14 Metal Storage Shed

The Loheer 12x14 Metal Storage Shed is a galvanized steel backyard building for tools, mowers and bikes. It uses a metal frame and metal roof panels and ships unassembled, so plan on a multi-hour build with two people. The listed dimensions are inconsistent with a 12x14 footprint, so confirm the actual size with the seller before you buy. No current price was provided, so its value against the market can't be judged here.
