Our take on the Lusimo Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Headboard and Charging Station, 12 Inch

The Lusimo is a queen upholstered platform bed with a metal frame, a headboard and a built-in charging station. It has slats, so no box spring is needed, and it sits 12 inches off the floor. At $139.96 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, it is the lowest new price among the two stores that carry it, so it is a budget buy rather than a splurge.

Questions and answers

Do I need a box spring with this bed?
No. The frame comes with slats, so a mattress sits directly on them. That also means you can use a foam or hybrid mattress without a foundation.
What is the weight limit?
The frame is rated for 330 lb total. That is on the low side for a queen platform bed, so check it against the combined weight of mattress and sleepers.
Does it really charge devices?
Yes, the headboard has a charging station. You will still need to route its power cord to a wall outlet, so plan for the bed's position near an outlet.
Is the headboard padded?
It is upholstered over a metal headboard. The padding softens the look, but the metal core means it is firmer than an all-foam headboard.
Is $139.96 a good price?
It is the best new price among the two stores that list it as of November 7, 2026. For a queen upholstered platform bed with a headboard and charging, that is a low price.
What size mattress fits?
It is a queen frame, 62.2 inches wide, so use a standard queen mattress. The 12-inch height refers to the frame's profile.
Where is the Lusimo Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Headboard and Charging Station, 12 Inch cheapest?
At Walmart, for $139.96, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Lusimo Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Headboard and Charging Station, 12 Inch?
