Our take on the Luxpro LP252 2AA Flashlight 2 Pack

The Luxpro LP252 is a pocket-sized everyday-carry flashlight that runs on two AA batteries and puts out 38 to 61 lumens with a beam that reaches 28 to 61 meters. It has an all-metal body, weighs 0.21 lbs and measures 6.12 inches, and each light ships with a lanyard and batteries. The two-pack is a simple, low-cost way to keep a light in a drawer, car and pack. At $15.99 at Fleet Farm as of November 5, 2026, the pair sits at the low end of what two-store pricing shows for this set.

Questions and answers

Is the Luxpro LP252 bright enough for everyday use?
At 38 to 61 lumens it is fine for finding things in a drawer, walking a path or checking a fuse box. It is not meant for long-distance spotting or search use.
What batteries does it take, and are they included?
It runs on two AA batteries, and batteries are included with each light. AA cells are cheap and easy to find, so refills are simple.
How long does the battery last?
Luxpro rates maximum run time at 10 hours. Expect less if you use it continuously at the higher output end of the 38 to 61 lumen range.
Is it waterproof?
The specs list an all-metal body but no water-resistance rating. Treat it as splash-resistant at best and keep it out of standing water.
Is the two-pack worth it over a single brighter light?
If you want several basic lights for home, car and emergency kits, the pair covers more spots for one price. If you need high output or rechargeable power, a single brighter model is the better buy.
When is the best time to buy?
At $15.99 at Fleet Farm as of November 5, 2026, the pack is already near the bottom of its two-store range. Flashlight multipacks often drop further around Black Friday and the winter storm-prep season.
Where is the Luxpro LP252 2AA Flashlight 2 Pack cheapest?
At eBay, for $12.63, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Luxpro LP252 2AA Flashlight 2 Pack?
10 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, Fleet Farm, Arvada Army Navy Surplus, Fin Feather Fur Outfitters, Fisherman’s Marine and Outdoor.
